Zhuoer Education was founded by Tsinghua University in June 2003, and for many years, it has been the specific implementation institution of the international education of the School of Continuing Education. In 2021, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of MOOC-CN Education, a member of Tsinghua University Asset Management Co., LTD., focusing on international education project operation and high-quality education services.

ZHUOER Education, Paris Dauphine-PSL, and International Finance Forum Officially Sign An Agreement for Executive Doctorate in Public Affairs

On April 22, ZHUOER Education, Paris Dauphine-PSL, and the International Finance Forum (IFF) officially signed a tripartite agreement to jointly launch the Executive Doctorate in Public Affairs (EDPA) program, which is focusing on Global Sustainable Development.

The Executive Doctorate in Public Affairs (EDPA) in Global Sustainable Development is the first advanced doctoral program in public affairs management and industrial economic development within the global sustainable development field. The program aims to cultivate future leaders with a global perspective, strategic thinking skills, and innovative spirit. Graduates will be prepared to take on significant roles in a wide range of public sector organizations, non-profit organizations, businesses, and various policy institutions. They will become managers and leaders in public affairs management or industrial development, steering the forefront of progress in the new era of civilization.

As global social and environmental changes continue to unfold and international dynamics become increasingly complex, comprehensive sustainable development of people, nature, and society has become a crucial driving force for economic, social, and civilizational advancement. This development profoundly impacts individuals, businesses, and the public sector.

Under this global backdrop and on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, the International Finance Forum (IFF) has leveraged the collective strength of over 100 financial and political leaders worldwide to launch the “Global Sustainable Development Leadership Program” in collaboration with Paris Dauphnine-PSL. They have jointly established the first Executive Doctorate in Public Affairs (Executive DPA) program focused on global sustainable development. The program is based on both China and France while maintaining a global perspective, its mission is to discover and nurture emerging future leaders, with the aim of promoting comprehensive sustainable development for individuals and the world. 

Paris Dauphnine-PSL

Paris Dauphine-PSL, established in 1968, is a leading European research institution known for its focus on organizational and decision sciences. As a founding member of Paris Sciences & Lettres-PSL University (PSL) , a member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE), and the only French university accredited by the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), Paris Dauphine-PSL holds a unique position within the French education system.

International Finance Forum (IFF)

The International Finance Forum (IFF) is a non-profit, non-governmental independent international organization headquartered in China. It was established in October 2003 by leaders from G20 countries, including China, the United States, and the European Union, as well as emerging economies and relevant international organizations such as the United Nations, World Bank, and International Monetary Fund. As a high-level permanent dialogue mechanism and multilateral cooperation institution in the global financial sector, IFF is renowned as the “F20 (Finance 20)” of the financial world.
