Zhuoer Education was founded by Tsinghua University in June 2003, and for many years, it has been the specific implementation institution of the international education of the School of Continuing Education. In 2021, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of MOOC-CN Education, a member of Tsinghua University Asset Management Co., LTD., focusing on international education project operation and high-quality education services.

ZHUOER Education and Sotheby’s Institute of Art Officially Sign Cooperation Agreement

On April 28, ZHUOER Education and Sotheby’s Institute of Art (New York Campus), officially signed a cooperation agreement to jointly launch the “Sotheby’s Institute of Art Master Degree Program in Art Business” (MAAB). This program aims to cultivate outstanding professionals in art collection, management, and auctioning, as well as practitioners in cultural and heritage institutions with diverse backgrounds and interdisciplinary needs in art management. It aims to train comprehensive talents familiar with the current trends and status of the Western and Chinese art markets, possessing strategic thinking, business skills, and a global perspective. ZHUOER Education will serve as the sole representative of Sotheby’s Institute of Art in China for the MAAB program, conducting related project activities. This program will be part of ZHUOER Education’s initiative, the “Master Pathway Program”.

Sotheby’s Institute of Art is a leading global art institution established in 1969 by the renowned auction house Sotheby’s. Dedicated to cultivating professionals in the art market, it has campuses in London, New York, and Los Angeles. The institute boasts a robust faculty comprising leaders and experts from the global art community. Offering undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degree programs, it covers fields such as art history, art management, and art market studies. The teaching quality and academic standards of the New York campus of Sotheby’s Institute of Art are widely recognized. The Master of Arts in Art Business program provides students with unique opportunities to study the art market at the intersection of cultural and commercial art worlds.
